We deliver Island-wide

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.

Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.

Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

Peak/holiday seasons, promotions, or special events may result in delays in processing, dispatching, and delivery of your orders.

Our courier teams will call you prior to delivery; this will be considered a delivery attempt. Failure to deliver after three such attempts will result in the cancellation of your order.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this website).


DELIVERY COST

Delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries, including exchange deliveries.

Products exchanged as a result of a defect will be replaced with no additional delivery charge.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


OTHER

Delivery will be made only to the shipping address stated on the order.

If you wish to change the shipping address due to unavoidable circumstances, a written request must be made to info@arienti.lk or via WhatsApp to 0772850666. We will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of the request.

Please note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we'll always do our best to minimize any delays.

After three delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from the dispatch date (whichever is earlier), your parcel will be returned to us. However, we will be happy to redeliver your order as long as it is prepaid. If it is a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, we will redeliver it once a bank transfer for the payment due is made.

Special requests to delay dispatch for the customer’s convenience will be accommodated, provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

 

TITLE AND RISK

Title transfers to the customer as soon as delivery is completed.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is between 4 to 14 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package.

If you do not receive a tracking number, please email our customer service team at international@arienti.lk.


DELIVERY FEES & TAXES

International shipping is calculated based on several factors, including the weight of the items and the destination country.

International shipping charges will be calculated and guaranteed during checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties at the time of delivery.

We must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them as "Commercial." The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift," even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information.

Customs inspections may result in delivery estimate delays.

Failure or refusal to accept the goods will result in the goods being destroyed, and purchases are strictly non-refundable.
