If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have fourteen days (14) from the day you receive the product(s) to return it for an exchange.
For orders within Sri Lanka, you can request a one-to-one exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Please note that we have a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be further exchanged.
All exchange items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with the internal tags intact.
You retain ownership of the exchange goods until they reach Arienti. Therefore, it's your responsibility to package them securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Items purchased on our website can be exchanged at the Arienti Flagship Store or online. However, purchases made at the Flagship Store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges must be done in person at the Flagship Store.
Sale or discounted items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
