DUE TO THE FUEL CRISIS THERE HAS AND WILL BE A DELAY IN DELIVERIES. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE DURING THIS TIME AND THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

DELIVERY LOCATION

We deliver Island-wide.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 working days.

Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 working days

Orders placed during public Holidays / Weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. You will be contacted by our delivery team prior to delivery. 

Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing and dispatching orders.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of this Website). 

DELIVERY COST

A delivery charge of Rs.250 or less will be applicable to orders below Rs.5000. 

Delivery charges are applicable to all exchange deliveries.

OTHER

Delivery will be made only to the address stated on the order.

If you wish to change it due to unavoidable circumstances a written request must be made to help@arienti.lk , we will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of such request.

Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we'll always try our best to minimize this.

After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us. However we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order as long as it is pre-paid. If it is a COD order we will redeliver if a bank transfer for the payment due is made.

Special requests to delay dispatch for the customers’ convenience will be accommodated provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched.

EXCHANGES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

We do not allow exchange of Products at the time of delivery. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided the product is in its original condition and is not a sale item. 

IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS ?

We assure you that no damaged goods will be sent to you. On the off chance it occurs, we will facilitate an exchange.

Products exchanged as a result of a defect shall be replaced with no additional delivery charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may only cancel an order before the order is dispatched.

TITLE AND RISK

Title transfers to the customer as soon as the delivery is completed.
